The Role

Through further planned growth, this award winning firm are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer in Colchester.

This position is open to Solicitors/ CILEXs/ Licensed Conveyancers.

As an experienced member of the team, you will have responsibility for managing your own caseload, meanwhile contributing to the networking and marketing efforts.

This team provide a range of Residential Property services including;

• Sales and Purchases
• Re-mortgages;
• Equity release;
• New build/plots;
• Tenancy agreements;
• Transfer of equity.

(It would be beneficial to have prior experience working with Agricultural clients also)

This is a sociable role, working in synergy with the wider teams across all offices; not only are they industry leaders, but also very personable individuals.
