What we are looking for:
  • Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer who is 0-5 years PQE
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Dynamic and personable individual.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Experience in:
    • Dealing with both Freehold and Leasehold properties.
    • Handling Registered and Unregistered Properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a range of property matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusion
  • Opening files and progressing matters efficiently
  • Keeping clients up to date with costs estimates
  • Undertaking business development activities 
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors in a professional and timely manner
