?Residential Plot Sales - Solicitor / Legal Executive?
A reputable Top 50 law firm with a strong presence in the real estate sector, is seeking a talented Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Residential Plot Sales team in Bristol.

As a Solicitor or Legal Executive in the Residential Plot Sales team, you will be managing the conveyancing process for residential property developments. From handling plot sales transactions to providing legal advice to developers and buyers, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the team's success.

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential plot sales transactions from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient conveyancing services.
  • Liaise with developers, buyers, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions and resolve any legal issues that may arise.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to residential property sales, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on matters such as property titles, easements, restrictive covenants, and planning permissions.
  • Stay updated on changes in property law and conveyancing procedures, contributing to the firm's knowledge sharing initiatives and professional development programs.

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in residential conveyancing, preferably gained within a reputable law firm or conveyancing practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and residential property transactions.
  • Proven experience in managing a caseload of plot sales transactions independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and exceeding performance targets.
