Residential Lettings & Services Manager

Kennington/Oval, Site Based
Salary: £40,000 + Potential 20% Additional Bonus

Our client, a leading Real Estate company based in Kenningon/Oval area, is embarking on an exciting ten-year journey to enhance residential living standards on their development.

We're seeking a Residential Lettings & Services Manager to join our clients on-site management team to provide on-site lettings and resident services to a residential portfolio.

Responsibilitiesfor the Lettings & Services Manager:

Leasing Role:

• Direct lettings via portals and conducting viewings
• Managing new tenancy progression and referencing
• Providing market rent assessments and agreeing leasing offers
• Overseeing the outsourced lettings process and void management
• Organizing minor property works and conducting pre-move inspections

Service Management Role:

• Building relationships with key stakeholders, resident groups and contractors
• Organising tenant services and community events
• Ensuring resident communication through various channels, including social media
• Managing health and safety compliance and asset performance reports
• Budget management and seeking additional income streams

Character profile for the Lettings & Service Manager:

We're looking for a dynamic individual with:

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Previous residential letting experience
• Proficiency in IT and social media
• Community engagement experience
• Some knowledge of health and safety procedures and financial management

Packagefor the Lettings & Services Manager:

Salary: £40,000 + Potential 20% Additional Bonus
Kennington/Oval, Office/Site Based
Monday - Friday 9am- 5.30pm
Degree of Flexibility to provide extra support
