LETTINGS PROPERTY MANAGER, NOTTINGHAM

This professional independent estate agents in Nottingham are now looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their friendly team due to increased business levels.

As specialis in the letting, management and investment of residential properties in Nottinghamshire, these agent's clients benefit from their unrivalled local expertise and personal touch.

Duties include:

• Conducting mid term property inspections and completing post-inspection electronic reports.
• End of tenancy checkout inspections at properties, including arranging any property works after and liaising with landlord and tenant.
• Creating inventories before tenancy commencement and ensuring properties are ready for occupancy.
• Handling repairs/maintenance
• Advising landlords regarding repairs, property repairs and improvements.
• Ensuring properties compliance is met

Commission Structure - team bonus structure based on monthly lets target.

This role is split between in and out of office, so would need someone who is able to drive and have own car.

Hours Mon to Fri 9 - 5:30 pm

1 in 4 Saturdays 9 - 12
