Property Manager/Lettings Negotiator

Our reputable clients are looking for an experienced Lettings Professional to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Working within their office just based outside of the city centre, you will be responsible for a portfolio of 100 properties where you will oversea every aspect of property management and lettings for those properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant properties to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
• Update job and market knowledge
• Arrange and attend Viewings and Negotiate offers, liaise with tenants and Landlords

Requirements

• Proven work experience as property manager/lettings negotiator
• Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Well organised with excellent time management skills
• Full UK driving licence

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, every 3rd Saturday.
