The Branch Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the sales and lettings divisions, ensuring operational efficiency, superior customer service, and compliance with property management standards. This role encompasses leadership across sales and lettings, hands-on involvement in property management, and the strategic oversight of our serviced accommodation sector. The ideal candidate will exhibit a profound understanding of the property market, a 'can do' attitude, and a proven track record of generating new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and lettings teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee property management tasks, ensuring all properties comply with legal and safety standards.
  • Step in to conduct property viewings and manage properties as needed.
  • Drive business growth in sales, lettings, and serviced accommodations through innovative strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address complex client queries or issues.
  • Manage office operations, maintaining an organised and professional working environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staff, focusing on efficiency, revenue growth, and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in sales and lettings management, including a solid track record of generating new business.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management, including compliance and safety standards.
  • Professional Certification: Ideally holds a Propertymark qualification or demonstrates a willingness to pursue this certification through further training and exams.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-related software and technology.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred.

  • Basic Salary: Circa £30k depending on experience.
