Care focussed regional care home provider seeking a new home manager; this is residential care home for older people in the Plymouth area.

Bright Selection are currently working with a valued client to recruit an experienced manager for an established residential care home. The home is running brilliantly and is very highly regarded in the area. They are currently seeking an experienced home manager to join the team, ensuring consistency of good quality care and striving for outstanding.

Requirements

  • NVQ L4 Management or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Experience of successfully managing an older people's care home
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC legislation

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the successful running of the home; providing the highest standards of care and exceeding residents expectations and needs
  • Providing staff with guidance, support, advice and training
  • Manage and be accountable for the home's income and expenditure budgets
  • Ensure that systems are used effectively to monitor the quality of service provision
  • Motivate and manage staff team to achieve agreed targets and deadlines

Remuneration

  • Salary £50 - £55K NEG/DOE + bonus
