Residential Development Solicitor , Southampton

This is a superb opportunity to join a top tier chambers rated firm who handle high value residential conveyancing matters.

You :

Ideally you'll have work in progress or be a very experienced qualified residential conveyancing solicitor, able to mentor and supervise junior members of the team. Working under a partner you'd be in effect a No.2 with bags of responsibility which would be reflected in the salary. You will also have excellent client care skills.

You will have excellent business development skills.

The role :

In this role you'll support the firm's clients with their high value residential transactions. You will have significant experience in advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold properties, estates, and site developments. In addition you'll focus on high-net-worth individuals who have their own portfolio of matters. You will develop and maintain the firms' strong relationships, offering excellent advice throughout.
