Our client are seeking an experienced paralegal for the busy Residential Conveyancing team based in Wellingborough.

This is an exciting opportunity and the successful applicant will have proven experience of working within a busy residential property team and have full knowledge of dealing with sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity matters, including new build and leasehold.

As an experienced paralegal, you should be confident in managing your own caseload, under the supervision of the team leader, developing and managing relationships with both clients and estate agents, be IT literate and committed with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems.

This role will include the following:

  • Supporting the Team Leader
  • Managing your own caseload under supervision
  • Title checking, raising and reviewing enquires and reporting
  • Ordering and checking routine property searches
  • Checking mortgage offers
  • Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Helping other members of the team whenever possible
  • Post completion

Excellent business development skills are desirable as well as strong organisational skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision.

Proven Residential Conveyancing experience and the ability to work within a busy team are essential.
