Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

I am delighted to be working with a leading specialist property law firm who are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
The firm, located in Cardiff North, offers a prime location with easy access to major roads and public transportation, ensuring a hassle-free commute.

The existing well-established relationships with Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers eliminates the need to bring your own work, allowing you to focus on managing a reasonable workload of approximately 70 cases per fee earner, supported by dedicated support staff in a relaxed and friendly working  environment.

They are seeking ambitious individuals with a minimum of one year's PQE experience in residential conveyancing. Whether you're a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, if you're a confident communicator with strong IT skills, this is an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development. Newly qualified conveyancers will receive ongoing support and training from our experienced head of conveyancing.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct residential conveyancing transactions.
  • Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Manage re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Communicate confidently and efficiently with a friendly manner.
Benefits:
  • Salary up to 45K (DOE)
  • 50/50 hybrid working pattern split for those with relevant experience
  • Free onsite parking
  • Excellent progression paths
  • Casual dress code
  • Friendly, supportive and down to earth working environment
If you're ready to take the next step in your conveyancing career, apply now or contact Stevie at Hoop Professional Services to join a team of dedicated property professionals who are passionate about what they do.
