Residential Conveyancer - Norwich.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well established and respected multi service firm in Norwich. 

The residential property department of this firm deals with a broad range of property matters including things such as:-

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgage
  • New Build
  • Shared ownership
  • Right to buy
The firm takes pride in the fact they offer a personal and individual service to their clients which leads to steady stream of recommendations and repeat business into the firm.

The successful candidate must have at least 1 years experience of dealing with their own caseload of conveyancing matters. This role is open to both qualified lawyers such as solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers as well as experienced fee earners looking to progress and develop their careers as part of one of the strongest departments in East Anglia.

As well as being able to handle a caseload of property matters the successful candidate must also be organised, friendly and personable in order to provide a top class service to the firms clients.
