I am looking for a talented individual to join my clients award-winning conveyancing either for their Runcorn or Liverpool office as a base as my client includes hybrid working. The firm are naturally agile and prides themselves as one of the fasted growing traditional high street conveyancing firms across Merseyside. This includes working from home which they have been doing since before the COVID-19 pandemic.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience handling a full caseload of all conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold, sales, and purchase, right to buy, new builds, re-mortgages, and shared ownerships. You will enjoy working as part of a team but also be self-sufficient. Great communication skills are an essential part of this role, and my client also believes in development and training so if you’re looking for progression this is the place for you!

My client runs a cloud-based case management system and runs a paperless office, they have been established now since the 1821 and are one of the oldest law firms in the region, they are forward thinking heavily in both IT and training within the firm. They are rated number 1 locally on review Solicitors and are highly rated nationally.
