AJ Chambers is exclusively working with a law firm in Essex, they are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

You’ll be able to work on a hybrid pattern but remote working may also be considered. This firm works only on referrals from estate agents, mortgage brokers etc. and has seen a surge of work coming into the business but you’ll also be involved in networking and business development.

Key aspects:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and Leasehold
  • Transfer of equity
  • Re-mortgages

You’ll be offered a very competitive salary and 25 days of annual leave.
