This well-respected and friendly Wiltshire firm is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy team in Salisbury.

What will you do?

• Join a successful law firm, with two offices across Wiltshire, currently undergoing a significant period of investment in systems and working practices as it builds for the future
• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload including sales & purchases, freehold & leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, and new build
• Work closely with the team to continue the growth of the work within the department

What do you need?

• Must have at least 2 years of experience managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload
• Be familiar with online systems e.g. those used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc
