My client is a highly regarded local law firm based in the North East who are going through a successful period of growth and are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

They are a multi service law firm with a strong emphasis on property law and have a couple of offices across the region.

They are looking for a Conveyancer with at least 2 year’s case handling/fee earning experience who is able to handle a mixed caseload of residential property files. You will be joining a close knit team that look after each other with a supportive and positive culture.

Salary will be competitive £30k-£40k dependent on experience and there will be the option to work at either of their offices with some homeworking allowance to be considered if required. There is room to progress and further professional development will be supported.
