Experienced Residential Conveyancer

Liverpool

My client is currently seeking an experienced residential conveyancer for a rewarding opportunity in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of operational and compliance aspects within the conveyancing field. They should be self-motivated, with the ability to handle technical processes and ensure regulatory adherence. Experience with investor transactions, particularly in new development purchases, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards throughout transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence and review documentation for property transactions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer with over 5 years PQE or an experienced conveyancer capable of managing their caseload or leading a team.
  • Thorough understanding of residential conveyancing operations and systems.
  • Proficiency in navigating legal and compliance requirements in conveyancing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with investor finance and new development purchases is desirable.
