Residential Conveyancer

Nuneaton

Salary up to circa £50,000 per annum depending on experience

We are working in partnership with a well-established CQS accredited firm in Nuneaton who are looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to their successful team.

You will receive ample support in this role from assistants, and you'll have a friendly and knowledgeable team around you.

You do not need to be a fully qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive for this position, but you will need to have at least 3 years' experience managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. 

For fully qualified, suitably experienced candidates, there is scope to progress to Head of Department within 12 months.

The role will involve

• Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion with support from knowledgeable Legal Assistants
• Handling a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages etc. 

Suitable candidates will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience running a wide ranging conveyancing caseload in a law firm

This is a full time, permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be available after your initial induction and training period once you're up and running in the role.
