•The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for their own varied caseload of matters to include, but not limited to, sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new build and right to buy, working closely with the Head of Department.

•Candidates hoping to be considered for this role must be confident in their ability to work under minimal supervision and hit the ground running with an existing caseload.
