Residential Conveyancer - Leading Firm in Norfolk About the Role: Join an esteemed firm based in Norfolk as a Residential Conveyancer, where you'll play a pivotal role in the thriving property department. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled conveyancing professional with approximately 2 years or more of PQE to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion. * Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and handle all aspects of property transactions. * Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process. * Provide expert advice on various property-related issues, including land law and conveyancing regulations. * Ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently, keeping clients informed throughout the process. Criteria: * Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing. * Proficiency in handling a varied caseload independently. * Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
