A highly successful and growing law firm with offices across the region are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join their successful conveyancing team at their offices near Leeds, Huddersfield or Bradford.

This firm have grown exponentially over the last three years, with the firm offering a relaxed and professional working environment, embracing modern technology to help staff with daily legal tasks as well as offering flexible hybrid model for Fee Earners, however the successful Residential Conveyancer must be able to work unsupervised.

In this role you will manage a caseload of sale and purchase conveyancing transactions from inception to completion with assistance from support staff, you will keep the case management system up to date in real time liaising with third parties including solicitors, estate agents and customers.

To be successful in this role you must have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Residential Conveyancer running your own caseload, strong administrative skills and experience of using a case management system.

Salary on the role is negotiable DOE (£30k-£40k) with flexible hybrid working available.
