We’re in search of dynamic and seasoned Residential Conveyancing Professionals to join our client’s exceptional Conveyancing team, based at their Gillingham office. We’re recruiting due to company expansion and would love to hear from you if you’re looking to continue your career in a well-respected local Legal Firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a caseload from instruction to exchange and completion, covering sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold, and remortgages.
  • Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
  • Providing a responsive service, offering clear and concise legal advice.
  • Regular engagement and attendance to clients.

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
