  • · Caring and Nurturing: Create a safe haven where children feel secure and free from harm.

  • · Behavioural Guidance: Help children gain self-control by addressing unacceptable behaviour and reinforcing pro-social conduct.
  • · Individualised Care Plans: Ensure each child's care plan reflects their changing needs and provide key worker support.
  • · Empowerment: Facilitate active involvement in decision-making about their lives and future.
  • · Community Integration: Encourage connections with the community and support extracurricular activities.
