Resident Liaison Officer
Maintenance Contractor

Permanent, Full time, 40 hours a week
Hammersmith Based
£32,000 - £35,000
Driving license required
Previous RLO experience/similar is required
Company vehicle and fuel card provided


The Role:
Working as part of the planned works team, the RLO will be responsible for helping to deliver a programme of works across the borough. You will be working closely with the site manager, residents and contractors to ensure the best communication is provided to residents to minimise the impacts of the works upon them.

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging contractor appointments
  • Carrying out site and resident visits
  • Attending resident meetings and being a focal point for resident contact and correspondence
  • Holding briefing sessions and/or drop-in sessions so residents can understand how and when specific works will take place as well as what the impact will be on their day to day lives
  • Deal with queries as and when they come in.


Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in a RLO role
  • Experience of development of housing schemes within Social Housing
  • Wide ranging experience of decanting in regeneration scenarios
