THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Research Manager, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge social and consumer-related projects, taking charge of initiatives and steering the research function within the company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting and delivering captivating quantitative research projects
  • Supporting customers with the innovative in-house platform
  • Engaging with clients, responding to RFPS, and offering bespoke quotes
  • Providing platform walkthroughs to attract new business opportunities
  • Crafting bespoke data tables and outputs for clients

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • Proven experience in the quantitative market research industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the research project life cycle, from inception to delivering actionable insights
  • Expertise in brand tracking, segmentations, ad testing, and brand lift/health studies
  • Proficiency in designing and scripting surveys
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in cleaning raw data and generating high-standard data outputs, including crossbreaks
  • Familiarity with tools such as R or Q is highly desirable
