I'm working with a boutique consultancy who are focusing on online qualitative research, focusing mainly on the healthcare and FMCG sectors. They're looking for a Research Manager to join their healthcare team, to help grow the function and get the chance to work with the latest qualitative methods.

THE ROLE:

The Research Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and manage their own projects for clients and work in a highly collaborative environment.
• Work in tandem with junior team members to deliver projects.
• Research design with a focus on creative use of tools, platforms, and techniques
• Moderation and analysis
• Delivering debriefs
• Help mentor more junior members of the team and assist with their professional development.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Research Manager will have:

• A background in the healthcare industry
• Extensive Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Project management skills
• Problem-solving and creative thinking ability.
• Adaptability
• Strong research background
