Salary - £26-30k + bonus

Nottingham - Fully onsite

We are working with a leading market research consultancy who are looking to add a Research Analyst to their team to keep up with the growing demand for their cutting edge research projects.

The client provides bespoke marketing intelligence, insights and reports for their customers so it's the perfect opportunity for someone to combine research with data analysis and technical report writing.

Working end-to-end across the entire analysis and reporting process, this role offers the successful candidate hands on experience managing research projects from start to finish and the ability to grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer/industry data, market trends and campaign performance to identify key insights and opportunities for optimisation.
• Provide clients with marketing intelligence, insights and reports
• Maintain and update industry databases
• Analyse, interpret data and convert into report format

Essential Skills

• 2+ years' experience in research analysis or similar role
• Excel (Charts, Vlookup, etc)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Publication style report writing
• Attention to detail
• Can work independently and to deadlines
• Good time management
• Data storyteller
• Passionate about learning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Desirable: Visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.
