As an Energy Specialist in our London Hub, you'll be at the forefront of customer operations, but with a twist. We're seeking individuals who excel in delivering high-quality customer service while embracing the excitement of testing and trialing new products and experiences. Customer-Centric Excellence:

Your role is pivotal in owning the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring exceptional service with every interaction. From resolving billing queries to tackling meter mysteries, you'll leave our customers delighted at every turn.

What We Need from You:

? Infectious passion for customer service

? Resilience paired with zest

? Exceptional English skills

? Team spirit and adaptability

? Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities

? Experience in piloting or testing (that’s your golden ticket)

? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is great

What You'll Receive from Us:
