Repairs & Voids Surveyor

We are working with a provider of social housing, who are looking to recruit a Repairs & Voids Surveyor on a permanent basis.

As part of the team, you will have responsibility for a patch of homes in the area managing all repairs related delivery including damp and mould issues, disrepair cases and major works.

You will carry out inspections and scope and schedule work, ensuring it’s delivered in budget.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone you has ideally worked in/around the sector with strong technical knowledge, coupled with a building related qualification (HNC/ HND, BSc)

You must have the ability to manage conflicting priorities, challenging situations and negotiate as well as plan your diary efficiently.

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
