Repairs & Maintenance Data Officer

Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Repairs & Maintenance Data Officer to join the team based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,294 - £25,979 per annum.

Working within the Planned, Cyclical & Estates Maintenance Section you will be responsible for analysing large data sets and the updating of records as appropriate in relation to Regulatory and ‘best practice’ repairs and maintenance activities.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of repairs and maintenance data held and implementing / maintaining processes to assist in the effective operation of a range of servicing and maintenance programmes.
