Repairs Coordinator Opportunity in Chesterfield! (Temporary)
We are recruiting for a customer focussed and experienced Administrator for an outstanding organisation based in Chesterfield to join their team as a Repairs Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating via telephone and email in a professional manner, have strong IT and systems skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Duties will include:
- Scheduling maintenance, service and repair works with contractors and suppliers
- Contacting and liaising with contractors, suppliers and customers via telephone and email
- Logging and recording information and data accurately
- Using Excel, Outlook, Word and inhouse systems
