Repairs and Maintenance Inspector needed in Croydon Paying  £27.78 per hr 7992

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • To provide support to the Repairs and Maintenance Service
  • To carry out inspections on all properties and report any health and safety issues
  • Resolving major repair works in relation to fires, floods, claims and complaints
  • Investigating any structural problems
  • Arranging structural surveys and remedial works
