Repairs Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client as a permanent Repairs Administrator in their fast paced maintenance team in Ilford.
Working within the repairs team you will be responsible for organising appointments for the maintenance engineers on a day to day basis.
This is a challenging role where speed and accuracy is of the essence, therefore, experience within a similar role is imperative.
Duties will include:
- Using scheduling software to oversee working days of multiple engineers
- Moving and reallocating jobs
- Liaising with call centre team and residents
- Agreeing appointment times
- Scheduling
- Monitoring works to ensure speedy completion
- Responding to reactive call outs
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Aptitude in problem solving
- Strong administration skills
- Attention to detail
- A passion for Customer Service
- Experience within a similar role
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
