An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client as a permanent Repairs Administrator in their fast paced maintenance team in Ilford.

Working within the repairs team you will be responsible for organising appointments for the maintenance engineers on a day to day basis.

This is a challenging role where speed and accuracy is of the essence, therefore, experience within a similar role is imperative.

Duties will include:

  • Using scheduling software to oversee working days of multiple engineers
  • Moving and reallocating jobs
  • Liaising with call centre team and residents
  • Agreeing appointment times
  • Scheduling
  • Monitoring works to ensure speedy completion
  • Responding to reactive call outs

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Aptitude in problem solving
  • Strong administration skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A passion for Customer Service
  • Experience within a similar role

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
