Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Repairs Administrator based in Redditch. This is a contract role working full time hours.

The job:

  • Taking calls and enquiries from customers regarding repairs and other related questions, scheduling call backs when needed and actioning as appropriate
  • Working with contractors to schedule appointments and repair visits
  • Placing work orders on various calendars, systems and CRM's
  • Dealing with administrative tasks e including filing, maintain all manual and computer records, processing invoices, and raising orders for contractors.


The candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong call handling skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong organisational skills
