Repair Building Surveyor - Social Housing

A large housing association has an urgent need for a Building Surveyor

You will be working within the building compliance team, carrying out surveys for Statutory Compliance eg: Fire Safety, Decent Homes Standards, Asbestos. Writing up reports, schedule of works and project managing the external contractors.
This role is for 3 months initially and will be covering the East Midlands region.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified in a relevant construction/trade/property industry and have a track record of working in a similar field.
