Rental Sales Agent Float - Heathrow & Bristol £28 - £ 30K + excellent commission ! making total package £40k realistically !
Based in Heathrow covering Bristol

An exciting opportunity has come up to join a national renting and leasing company!
We are looking for a candidate happy to cover Heathrow & Bristol sites when required.

Hours per week: 48 hours between Monday - Sunday. Early, middle and late. Operational hours between 6am - 12:30 am on shift patterns

The role:
* Dealing with general customer queries including corporate clients on the phone, via email and in person
* Taking bookings and processing paperwork and payments
* Resolving a range of customer queries while providing the best customer service experience
* Selling additional products available to new and existing customers
* Supporting and coordinating the valeting team
* Opening and closing the office when the manager is off if required
* Reviewing stock allocation and reporting daily on activity
* Arranging and undertaking vehicle checks
* Showing customer vehicles they are interested in
Experience and skills required:
* Previous experience is not needed however, you will need strong customer service experience and any form of sales would be preferable
* Experience working with cars is desirable
* Reliable, flexible and able to demonstrate experience in providing high standards of customer service
* Experience working towards targets and KPI's
