Duties for the Rental Administrator include:
This Rental Administrator will be working closely with a team of Coordinators to ensure SLAs are met at all times by supporting with:
- Booking of the daily rentals
- Arranging off-hire rentals for customers
- Dealing with the extended and cancelled rentals
- Supporting with unallocated, pending or turned-down bookings
- The Rental Administrator will also be supporting the Invoicing team to deal with any invoice queries
- Dealing with enquiries from the drivers by phone and email
- Dealing with any complaints from drivers or customers
- Updating the system to book deliveries and collections, and to ensure the information on the rental system is always accurate
- Liaising with other branches about any enquiries
- Office administration experience
- Excellent communication skills to provide excellent customer service
- Technical knowledge of vehicles or rental experience is desirable
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- MS Office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel
Salary: £23,000 Per Annum
