Rent and Service Charge Team Leader

We are delighted to be working with a Housing Association based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a Service Charge Team Leader to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position offers a great hybrid working model with a salary band £37,000-£42,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working with budget holders to calculate variable service charge in line with statutory deductions
• Managing the team and the services they provide, ensuring continuous development of the service
• Managing the Electronic Service Charge System
• Dealing with queries from customers and liaising with other internal teams
• Importing cost information to reduce incorrect coding of invoices
• Managing requests for any system data changes, implementing and recording

Experience required:

• Service charge
• Staff supervision
