RENEWALS NEGOTIATOR – Property Management

Location: Waterloo, SE1

Salary:  £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Previous experience in Residential Lettings or Property Management and superb administration skills are essential for this role as a Renewals Negotiator.

Working closely with the busy Property Management Department and with the Lettings Team at their Wateloo Office (SE1), our client is looking for a competent, organised, customer focused individual to join the team as a Renewals Negotiator.  you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for our clients, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals. In addition to negotiating renewals and issuing renewal contracts, responsibilities will include negotiating any requested mid-term tenancy rent increases, agreeing and processing change of sharers.

Exceptional customer service skills are crucial as well as fantastic organisational abilities and great attention to detail.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual who will work closely with their clients and customers to provide the best possible service.

This role is best suited to a quick thinking, team player who is adept in problem solving and has exceptional relationship building abilities.

Skills: The skills required for this Renewals Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous experience in Residential Property Lettings / Lettings Admin / Renewals Negotiator
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Knowledge of lettings processes & notices
  • Ability to build strong business relationships
  • Confident in liaising with other sectors
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
