Between 08:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday - Friday

Based in Rugby

No weekends

About The Role

The Renewals department is a vibrant and fast-paced environment, allowing the successful candidate to develop themselves into the best they can be within this role. The candidate will be the first point of contact for the customers for renewals on their insurance policies. Renewals advisors will be responsible for following up on online quotes, taking inbound and making outbound calls, and providing excellent service and advice to ensure that each client’s needs are individually catered for.

Duties

  • Contacting existing customers and advising about the renewal of their insurance policy (No cold calling, every customer has expressed an interest)
  • following up on customer call-back requests promptly on schedule.
  • Making use of a bespoke CRM system to select the appropriate policy for the customer.
  • Processing customer policy payments over the phone, via bacs, or direct debit.

Ideal Candidate

  • Have excellent timekeeping and a high level of personal organization.
  • Candidate must be confident to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must have an excellent telephone manner with a professional and confident communication style.
  • Candidate must be computer literate.
  • Have good attention to detail and communicate information clearly and precisely
  • Having retail or hospitality experience would help as it would show you have experience with talking to customers of all levels

About Training

Training is provided from day one, so all you need is confidence and the desire to learn. The role is an entry-level position and no specific experience within the insurance or office environment is required but preferably you should have experience dealing with customers and must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone or via email.
