Renewable Surveyor

Calisen is expanding its range of activities in line with its mission to deliver Smarter Energy for All. Plug Me In – Heat is Calisen’s first step into low carbon heat and establishing a nationwide heat pump business.

The Renewable Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys and assessments of properties to determine their suitability for the installation of air source heat pump systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and renewable energy, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

The installation of heat pumps, combined with its existing EV charging and smart meter services, will reinforce Calisen’s role in helping to roll-out energy transition assets in support of Net Zero. The new addition to Calisen’s family will allow a wider range of customers to manage their own journeys to Net Zero and help achieve Calisen’s targets for a greener and cleaner environment.

What our Renewable Surveyor will receive...

• £35,000 salary
• Performance bonus
• 30 Days holiday incremental to 33 days with yearly service (inclusive of Bank holidays)

What we look are looking for in a Renewable Surveyor…

• Experience within the heating/plumbing industry
• Experience in technical surveys
• Experience with talking to customers about work in their homes, ideally with a background in measuring and knowledge of CAD drawing and plans
• Experience communicating effectively with customers, ideally in a face-to-face environment
• Driving Licence entitling you to drive in the UK with no more than 6 points
• Have no unspent criminal convictions – must pass basic criminal record check
• Proven eligibility to work in the UK
• Willing to travel & work in other business locations as required
