They are now looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for driving growth and maximising operational efficiency to join the team as the new Assistant Manager. You will play the pivotal role in supporting the development and success of the business.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in growing contracts, revenue, and profit, along with building relationships with estate agent and insurance-related contacts such as loss adjusters or disaster companies.
Sales and operations experience within the removals industry is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Support the growth of contracts, revenue, and profitability through strategic initiatives and effective management.
- Assist in overseeing sales and operations activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with managers to implement business strategies and achieve organisational goals.
- Utilise your expertise to enhance customer relationships and drive client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in sales and operations within the industry.
- Strong understanding of contract growth, revenue generation, and profit optimization.
- Knowledge of estate agent and insurance-related processes is highly advantageous.
