Remote working Residential Conveyancer

We are thrilled to partner with an award-winning specialist Conveyancing firm, who is seeking talented and ambitious Property Lawyers to join their team. Our client offers a fully remote working arrangement, providing the ultimate work-life balance.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will bring your wealth of experience to handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing files, from start to finish. This will include handling freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions, as well as new build and shared ownership cases. You will review title documentation, raise necessary enquiries, and communicate findings to the client. Your focus on delivering exceptional client service will ensure that the high standards set by our client are consistently met.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant experience as a Residential Conveyancer, Licenced Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, or ILEX
• At least 5 years of experience managing your own cases from start to finish
• Confidence in managing a full caseload independently
• Proficiency in dealing with more complex cases, such as new build and shared ownership
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise urgent tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate technical aspects of cases to clients concisely
• Proficiency in using a case management system
