Your Responsibilities:

+ Conducting assessments to understand your client’s needs
+ Collaborating with clients to establish clear and achievable goals
+ Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific challenges and opportunities
+ Helping clients create and implement action plans for personal and professional growth
+ Assisting in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a positive work environment
+ Staying updated on industry trends and coaching methodologies

About you:

+ Strong coaching experience (over 500 hours with strong client ratings)
+ At least 5 years industry experience in a substantial management/leadership role
+ Certified with a coaching association
+ A love and goal to help people develop
