This position is the the backbone of our clients operations, ensuring our Dynamics 365 (D365) system stands tall and strong as it spreads its wings across their global landscape. As part of a dynamic business metamorphosis, your mastery of D365 will be pivotal, placing you at the helm of this crucial journey towards success. This is role pioneers a new frontier within our clients tight-knit team, playing a key part in their overarching service delivery strategy.

As the D365 System Administrator, you'll wield your expertise to configure D365 components, fortify security measures, and untangle the web of interconnected systems like D365 HR and Customer Engagement.

Experience Requirements:
  • Expertise in MS Dynamics 365
  • Track record of supporting D365 business applications within enterprise IT environments
  • Proficiency in administering and configuring business applications
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 3+ years experience within D-365 
  • Strong experience in D-365 HR
  • Strong experience within FinOps
  • Experience in D-365 Customer Engagement 
  • Master of multitasking
  • Adept at crafting accurate and concise technical documentation
  • Possesses stellar interpersonal skills
