Are you an experienced Conveyancer tired of unmanageable caseloads? This conveyancing opportunity with a capped caseload could be for you! 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or residential property solicitor to join a modern and highly establish firm with clear opportunities for professional development and real flexibility.

What we are looking for:

You will be experienced in carrying your own mixed residential caseload of residential freehold and leasehold and ideally new builds. You should be an experienced conveyancer who has a real focus on customer care and delivering the best outcome for your client. You will be handling a mix of cases including leasehold and freehold matters and should be confident in dealing with this type of work.

Leasehold and Title Checking experience is required for this role, as candidates without will not be considered.
