Who will you be working with?   

• My client is a well-respected insurance and personal injury specialist law firm
• The firm has an already very successful and reputed clinical negligence team who are incredibly busy and need your help!

• 100% remote working (although you need to live within East Anglia and a commutable distance from Southampton) 
• Salary up to £50k

What will you do? 

• Handle good quality claimant clinical negligence matters 
• These can be complex claims, all valued above £50k
• Advise on claims against Hospital Trusts, GP’s and privately practicing doctors in the East Anglia region 
• Handle your own broad caseload  

What will you need? 

• For this vacancy, experience is everything
• A minimum 2 years’ clinical negligence experience is needed 
• Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is ideal, but not essential as unqualified lawyers will also be considered
