Description

As a Remortgage Case Worker you will have your own caseload of clients you will be responsible for and dealing with the process for the customer from start to finish.

You will be liaising with customers, brokers, lenders, and other third parties ensuring an exceptional level of service and making sure service level agreements are exceeded.

Profile

Previous Remortgage or conveyancing experience

Extremely customer centric

Able to work in a fast paced environment

The ability to handle high volumes of work

Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
