My client, an award-winning law firm with offices across West Yorkshire is currently seeking an experienced Remortgage Case Manager to join their growing team. Based in their Wakefield office you will be working as part of a busy team, dealing with all aspects of remortgage files from instruction to completion.

Working within the Real Estate team you will be dealing with all aspects of Remortgage work including Transfers of Equity and Help to Buy Loan Repayments. Applicants must be confident in dealing with their own high-volume caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision. A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable.

This opportunity would be ideal for someone with over 1 years’ technical experience within remortgage and who is proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the Firm.
