Join our prestigious banking client in central London as a Relationship Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding a portfolio of High Net Worth and VIP clients.

Role Overview:

As a Relationship Manager within our Private Banking team, you'll promote our services, cultivate client relationships, and drive business growth across a range of credit products.

Responsibilities:

• Market Private Banking services and products to existing and potential customers.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with High Net Worth and VIP clients to grow the bank's portfolio.
• Evaluate investment opportunities in the UK real estate market for client offerings.
• Manage credit applications for property purchases and oversee post-sanction processes.
• Communicate relevant financial information and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle customer records, complaints, and provide reports to Senior Management.
• Monitor competitors, products, and services, providing insights to the Head of Department.
• Ensure departmental compliance with financial crime procedures.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken Arabic and excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles within the banking sector.
• CEMAP preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers.
• Proven track record of building and enhancing customer relationships.
